Silat Perisai Diri ( PD ) is characterised as being practical, with techniques that adhere to the natural movement of the human body, resulting in a holistic system of self-defence that is simple in application and maintains effectiveness. Silat PD is a unique martial art utilising natural reflexes to dangerous situations.
